Once a package has left our studio, we are no longer responsible for the delivery.

When will my order ship?

Order processing typically takes around 2-4 days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

Bags & Crochet Items

All bags and crocheted items are final sale, unless there is a quality issue. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Yarn

No returns. You have up to 30 days to request store credit via email. If an exchange is requested, a return shipping label will be provided at the customer's expense.
